The event will be held from October 22–23, 2025, in Kuching, Sarawak, Malaysia.

This campaign is created exclusively for IDECS2025 attendees. During the two-day event, you can sign up and receive MYR500 in cloud credit to experience IP ServerOne’s cloud platform—whether you’re hosting applications, running AI workloads, or exploring new projects.
Our platform supports regions in Malaysia, Hong Kong, and Singapore, and now, we’re proud to introduce NovaCloud and NovaGPU in the Sarawak region. This local launch ensures data sovereignty, low latency, and enterprise-grade performance and security—built for Sarawak businesses and open to users across Malaysia and beyond.
Follow these simple steps to claim your MYR500 cloud credit:
- Fill out and submit the registration form here during the IDECS2025 event.
- Our team will verify your application within three (3) working days.
- Once approved, log in to your IP ServerOne Customer Portal to check your account.
- Your MYR500 cloud credit, valid for five (5) months, will be reflected in your account by 24 October 2025.
You can apply your credit to a range of IP ServerOne services, including:
- NovaCloud: Our secure and scalable public cloud hosting.
- NovaGPU: High-performance GPU-as-a-Service for AI/ML workloads.
- Load Balancer as a Service (LBaaS): For high availability and performance.
And more cloud solutions available through the IP ServerOne Customer Portal.
Each user is limited to one (1) account per email address.
The MYR500 cloud credit is a one-time offer, valid for five (5) months from activation. Once your credit is fully used or expires, you can easily continue your services by switching to our pay-as-you-go model — simply top up your account to keep your cloud running without interruption. Once your MYR500 cloud credit is fully used, your services will be temporarily suspended. To keep your cloud running, simply upgrade to the pay-as-you-go model by topping up your cloud credit.
- Participation for the Cloud Campaign for IDECS2025 by IP ServerOne is subject to approval by IP ServerOne upon internal review and verification process.
- IP ServerOne may at its own discretion, terminate, modify or make changes including additions or removals of the service and offerings to this program at any time.
- Credits or benefits accrued through the program are non-transferable to cash or cloud credit.
- Upon exhaustion or expiry of the awarded cloud credit, Participants may top up their cloud credit as a general user to continue using our cloud service, any remaining balance will be void upon expiry.
- Participants are responsible to regularly check for updates, changes, and any new terms associated with the program.
- IP ServerOne will not be responsible or liable for any loss and inconvenience resulting from changes to the program or its offerings.
